How a case moves through Unilegal
- 1. Upload the citation. Photo or scan. We extract the violation, county, and citation number; if anything is unclear we ask before charging anything.
- 2. Quote within 24 hours. Civil tickets: $99 flat, displayed before payment. DUI: a fixed quote tailored to charge tier and county. No hourly billing, ever.
- 3. We file the response. A not-guilty plea or election of court hearing entered with your county's Clerk of Court within 24 business hours. If we miss that deadline, your $99 is refunded automatically — our Money-Back Filing Guarantee.
