Legal disclaimer.

1. Attorney advertising
This website is a communication from UNILEGAL Law Offices, a Florida-licensed law firm. It constitutes attorney advertising under Florida Bar Rules of Professional Conduct 4-7.11 through 4-7.23. The hiring of a lawyer is an important decision that should not be based solely on advertisements; before you decide, ask us to send you free written information about our qualifications and experience.
2. No attorney-client relationship without engagement
Submitting information through this website, uploading a citation, contacting us through the contact form, or reading any content on this site does NOT by itself create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only after (a) we complete a conflict check, (b) you sign an engagement agreement, and (c) we acknowledge in writing that we represent you in a specific matter.
Until that engagement is in place, information you send us may not be treated as a confidential attorney-client communication. Do not send time-sensitive case details or confidential information through this site or by email before an engagement is established.
3. Not legal advice
The content on this website — including the county-specific traffic-ticket cost pages, the Florida DUI resource, the point-system guide, service-page defense playbooks, and the comparison pages — is educational reference, not legal advice for any specific case. Legal outcomes depend on facts and circumstances that vary by case, county, judge, and prosecutor.
If you have a pending traffic ticket, DUI charge, or license-suspension issue, consult a Florida Bar–licensed attorney about your specific situation before deciding how to plead, contest, or settle.
4. No guarantee of outcome
Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. Every traffic citation, DUI charge, or other legal matter is unique. Our flat $99 fee for civil traffic defense covers our work product (attorney assignment, filing, hearing representation, follow-up) regardless of whether the court ultimately dismisses, reduces, or convicts. Our DUI custom-quote pricing covers attorney engagement for both the criminal track under Fla. Stat. §316.193 and the administrative track under §322.2615.
5. Money-Back Filing Guarantee
Our Money-Back Filing Guarantee covers timely filing of your defense. If we have not filed your defense (meaning a not-guilty plea or election of court hearing entered with the appropriate Florida Clerk of Court) within 24 business hours of receiving your complete citation upload, the $99 fee is refunded automatically. “Business hours” excludes weekends and federally observed holidays.
The guarantee covers our filing — not the court's eventual verdict, the court's scheduling, or any judgment entered by a judge or hearing officer.
6. Jurisdictional limitation
UNILEGAL Law Offices is licensed and practices in Florida only. We do not handle traffic citations, DUI charges, or other legal matters arising in other states. Information on this site about non-Florida law (e.g., references to neighboring-state comparisons or to federal CDL regulations) is general background and is not a basis to rely on this firm for non-Florida matters.
7. Third-party links and citations
This site cites primary Florida statutes, Florida Clerk of Court fee schedules, FLHSMV pages, the Florida Bar, and third-party rate data (Bankrate, Insurance.com, The Zebra, FLHSMV) for accuracy and authority. We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites and our citation of them does not constitute endorsement of their products, services, or other content.
8. Responsible attorney
The Florida Bar requires identification of a responsible attorney for lawyer advertising. The named responsible attorney for this website's content is listed on our About page once published. Inquiries about Florida Bar compliance may be directed to the Florida Bar at floridabar.org.
9. Updates to this disclaimer
We may update this disclaimer to reflect changes in Florida Bar rules, our service offering, or legal best practices. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes affecting existing clients will be communicated directly.
